Hi I was discharged bankrupt Thursday last week but still not had a phone call or anything from the OR?
Should I be expecting one?
Didn't even have to go see the judge in court, they signed my off BR within 2 mind :-/

It can take a week or so to hear when your initial interview will be with the OR. Don't worry they won't have forgotten about you. Occasionally some people don't get an OR interview if their case is very simple.0

I think mine was straight forward so hopefully no interview but will they still contact me?
No assets, nothing of any value, £800 car I need for work, live in rented property, I'm still short of £300-400/month to pay my household bills so surely they can't take anything from me?0 -
It took nearly 2 weeks before I heard anything from the OR.0

In the OR interview, your likely income and reasonable expenses will be agreed. The OR will allow you £20 disposable income each month and then anything you earn above that will go to paying off your creditors, etc.No assets, nothing of any value, £800 car I need for work, live in rented property, I'm still short of £300-400/month to pay my household bills so surely they can't take anything from me?
If you have more going out than you have got coming in then you'll not have to pay anything. If you keep it like that then you won't be tied into an IPA after either.0 -
IPA after? After 12 months? Can they still take money from you? :'(0
-
IPA lasts for 3 years normally0
