Lloyds monthly saver query

Morning - hoping for some help here please before launching into a spat with Lloyds.

Back in January 2013 I opened a monthly saver with Lloyds and also with BOS. I was under the impression that both were paying 3% AER over the 12 month period. Now LLoyds are telling me that there saver at that time was only 2%.

As I'm inbetween houses at the moment with all my worldy goods in a storage facility I can't access my paperwork to set my mind at rest.

Can anyone confirm the rate at the time - I have done a search of the forum but can't find any info?

I opened one of these on 01/11/13 and the rate was 3% then, it dropped to 2% 10/12/13

It is quite possible that it was 2% in Jan 2013. According to this post, they dropped to 2% for new applicants sometime in December 2010.

The 3% was first spotted on September 21 2013 (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=63216247&postcount=2287) and was reverted to 2% in early December.
