If you mean the password....yes set that up..........it works on the upstairs comp but not my lappy...........I think it may be my network card? I have a D-link Airplus DWl-650+....Could that be it?

If you are using WPA-PSK encryption (recommended) then your card needs version 3.07 drivers, available here.

  • I ve a problem with smililar NETGEAR Router (WGR614 v7). When im trying to install router from resource CD, that got stuck on 3rd. step of installation. Anyway, as sb told here, that shouldn't need any driver. But i does i think.

I'm trying to connect My laptop wireless, and PC by cable. On laptop i ve windows Vista, on PC XP. Internet works on PC, but laptop can't see any networks.

I was trying to login on https://www.routerlogin.com (or something like that, u know what im talking about). When i type login and password (log: admin pass: password), it answers that is wrong pass and Error 401 (Unauthorized).

What should i do to get wireless connection in my laptop?
For any answer - big thx

    Sry for terrible english ;)

No drivers are need to communicate with your WGR614 router. It is fully explained in the manual. Enter 192.168.0.1 into your browser and then enter admin for the router user name and password for the router password, both in lower case letters.
