Cheaper Chester Zoo

While I support what they are doing and stuff, £20 is a bit on the expensive side for what it is (considering I have paid hundreds of pounds for a special zoo experience for someone) and I won't really enjoy it tremendously by myself.
I've heard buying from Cheshire Oaks is nearly £5 cheaper, which is cheaper than buying an advanced ticket from their website.
Any idea on this?
Thanks
