Deed of variation 7 years ago on Dads will

Well, it would appear that the DoV has been registered, all three names are details. Albeit mine is in my maiden name - shouldn't be a problem should it?


There is a Proprietorship Restriction which reads:




(22.03.2007) RESTRICTION: No disposition by a sole proprietor of the registered estate (except a trust corporation) under which capital money arises is to be registered unless authorised by an order of the court.




Could anyone shed any light on what that means?

It means you are tenants in common, not joint tenants
