Just wanted to rant. Elderly mum fell victim to cold call selling. ( of which she receives tons!) Laughable really, they rang confirming that she was registered not to receive unsolicited sales/marketing calls, giving her the impression they were acting on behalf of BT. They informed her that they could provide a service stopping more of the calls she still receives. All this at only £63.00 for the year!
Of course upon receipt of their correspondence, they can do no more than what we have already put in place, they are not part of BT and took £69.99. Ironic ????
