BT Infinity Speed/Connection Issues

hi this on behalf of my dad as he has the above and has the this issue
He has swichted on his pc and the router is onlt showing the power and wifi light as blue but the bb light is continnig flashing why is this

We had something similar the other week - has he checked that all the leads are plugged in correctly? Our issue turned out to be a lead that had worked loose.

What do BT say? I know it's pretty frustrating talking to them but if we know what they say in the first place it might help to diagnose the problem, which is pretty much impossible from what you've told us so far.

Which router does he have? Someone with the same one may be able to help. Has your dad checked the User Manual?

my brother went round to see him and called bt and as you say it is hard work and the adviser arranged to come round Monday lets see what the issue is hope it BT fault other wise £99 charge and he is only OAP on one pension
