Good afternoon everyone
Late today as unexpected lovely weather tempted us out on a bike ride along the river. Very chilly but the sun is beautiful.
Not much going on here, am being lazy so need to go and do something, the house won't tidy itself.
NPM - I am so sorry, please try and get some rest, love and hugs to you and the family xx
Well wishes for all sick people and pets and hugs for those that need or just want them. Keep well, warm and safe and have a super dayLBM 10/1/12 ~ DFW Start 6/2/12: £82,344 ~ Now Zero:staradmin:starmod::staradmin Debt free 17th April 2015 :staradmin:starmod::staradmin

Afternoon All
NPM - Hugs to you, please rest.
Redruby - Your wardrobes sound fantastic, any chance of a pic?
BBrain - It will be great to have all that wood. They say that a woodcutter gets warm twice, once when they cut the wood and then when they sit in front of the fire! I have to say I do miss the log burner.
Managed to get all the washing more or less dried outside yesterday, today hasn't been as good but just a few showers. DD and I took the train to Glasgow and cycled home (about 18 miles), so good to be out in the fresh air. My legs will be sore tomorrow!
Making a chicken curry for tea, will start that in a mo as we are pretty hungry but just needed 5 minutes rest.
Enjoy what's left of Sunday, take care. XX0 -
Afternoon all,
NPM - How awful for you and your DH. Bless him for looking after you so well.
Well I have had quite a productive day. DH had to go out and look at peoples broken fences, roofs and leaky bits so I had a good clean through did the ironing and made some buns. Feeling quite pleased with myself.
DS2's voice is returning and he took himself out for a bit of a mooch earlier to blow the cobwebs away.
We have a young couple along the road who only had their first baby on Monday and had locked themselves out of their house, so armed with the Ikea shoe horn we managed to get in. I don't think they will forget their keys again!
Pork chop for DH and chicken for me and DS2 for dinner tonight, might do some roast spuds and veg to go with them.0 -

Evening all,
Had a lazy Sunday really, reading the papers, nice walk with Lylapup-we met some dogs she knows so she had a good play in the fields. Then did some tidying in the garden removing tree debris etc it was quite pleasant this afternoon.
Just had roast beef and trimmings, then apple crumble to follow.Only enough beef to do 2 of us tomorrow so DS said he'll have something else.
(((NPM))),I am so sorry to hear your news x

NPM sorry to hear your news Lots of positive vibes coming your way honey.rest, recuperate and let your lovely OH spoil you a bit and look after you
I will remember you when I have my nightly chat to The Big Guy XXX
I had a lovely day today my friend and her DD and twins came this morning for a couple of hours and lunch .The youngest DD arrived with a huge bunch of yellow roses from her and her sister as it would have been my 50th wedding anniversary today.
When I went to her house late afternoon the youngest little grandson presented me a nice big bunch of daffodils that all four boys had bought between themselves for me as well which I thought was lovely of them.So my house if full of golden flowers tonight:):) My eldest DD is in Torquay with her in-laws this week for a break. They are a lovely old couple 75 & 81 and she takes them away with her oh and herself every February half term for a bit of spoiling in a nice hotel.Bless them they don't get out much and its DDs and my son-in-laws way of giving them a nice few days away.
Well its half term already and apart from the weather I am hoping it may brighten up a bit so I can take the boys out.Today was lovely ,if a bit chilly but just to see the sun was a treat instead of dark grey skies.I even got a few bits of washing out on the line for a blow this morning:):) first for ages.
Right I'm off to bed for a read.extra half hour in bed in the morning before I go to Dds to look after the boys for the day.
Good night God bless all here
