changing a background on a photo

Hi I have a lovely photo of me and my hubby taken recently but unfortunately the wallpaper behind us is red and white flocked paper. Is there anything I can use to change it. I have an android tablet and would like it free and VERY easy to use please.

unfortunately the higher end applications make it easier, so something like photoshop would be ideal. I'd offer to do it for you but you don't know me and I'd not wish to ask for personal information. Best advice I can give is take the photo to a graphic designer, it's a 2 second job in photoshop, a little harder in cheaper ones
