Flying long-haul, so looking for free films to download ready for flight, everything on Google play store seems to have a price, anyone know where I can download free films from?

BBC I player? which films do you want?0
-
I've looked at BBC iplayer, it only has channels listed0
-
What sort of films are you after.? Downloading recent films will either means paying or an illegal download0
-
Nothing recent, films that have been on the UK TV, I'm after something to watch whilst passing the time on the flight.0

Do Google Play Store ones play offline? You'd have to buy those of course.
Alternatively...you'd have to rip them from DVDs you have at home, convert them to MP3. Lots of free software to do that nowadays.0 -
Ive downloaded free stuff from the Play Store and am currently playing it offline.0

You can download any movies on BBC iplayer and convert them to formats which will work on your tablet

Just watch the airline provided inflight entertainment?0

I wouldn't rely on onboard entertainment, we got "Diana" and "Jobs" on our recent flights, both total rubbish. I know they can't please everybody but even Disney films (Shrek, Up etc) would have been much more acceptable. If practice makes perfect, and nobody is perfect....................................

Use Mozilla Firefox browser, and download an extension called 'NetVideoHunter' for Mozilla Firefox.
Then open a movie streaming website like Movie4proxy.net or crackle.com.
Find a movie you want on one of these streaming sites and run it, NetVideoHunter will then be populated with a link to the movie.
Against the link in NetVideoHunter you will see an option to Download; click that link and download to your PC ...... you don't need to keep the movie streaming; you just need it to run for a few seconds to get the link in NetVideoHunter. It has taken about 4,500,000,000 (4.5 billion) years for the Earth to form as it is now .........
and it'll only take about another 100 years for mankind to really **** it up!!!!0
