BT selling refurb Nexus 7 32Gb

I think this looks like a good deal. My wife dropped her Nexus 7 and broke the screen. Quotes from local shops are £89 for fixing it. Would it be safe to purchase a refurb tablet?

Looks a decent price to me - you'd pay that for one on ebay from a no-name seller.0

It's a 2012, discussed in this thread (which also contains a link to an even cheaper deal).

And don't forget the price of a broken-screen nexus 7 on ebay is not zero.
(if the digitiser is broken, with the appropriate adaptor (a pound or two) you can plug in a mouse to unlock and wipe.)0 -
Are you suggesting I try and sell my broken Nexus 7?rogerblack wrote: »And don't forget the price of a broken-screen nexus 7 on ebay is not zero.

I might do that0

Better to get a few quid than send it to landfill. It probably will only be a few quid though by the time eBay and PayPal have had their cut

Slightly more expensive but comes with a 12 month warranty.
I bought one a few days ago. Not a mark on it.
