BT selling refurb Nexus 7 32Gb

I think this looks like a good deal. My wife dropped her Nexus 7 and broke the screen. Quotes from local shops are £89 for fixing it. Would it be safe to purchase a refurb tablet?

And don't forget the price of a broken-screen nexus 7 on ebay is not zero.
(if the digitiser is broken, with the appropriate adaptor (a pound or two) you can plug in a mouse to unlock and wipe.)

Certainly.

For example - I've used a broken digitiser nexus 7 as a simple IP-cam viewer.
Works fine.

Better to get a few quid than send it to landfill. It probably will only be a few quid though by the time eBay and PayPal have had their cut

Slightly more expensive but comes with a 12 month warranty.

I bought one a few days ago. Not a mark on it.
