PPI Help Please

Hi,

My partner has put in a claim for PPI with Barclays through a company that asks for a percentage, as far as I know he said that hes signed an agreement.

Its now gone to the Obsurbmen to get it sorted so would he still have to pay the percentage? Can he get out of the agreement he signed to get the full amount back?

Hope you can help

he will need to check the agreement but usually you can up to a certain point subject to a cancellation charge.

I agree, but if the complaint has already been presented (and rejected) it's too late to cancel.
Regardless, there is a long wait ahead for the OP.
