Well, I'm a lawyer with an engineering degree, a linguistics degree and a degree in financial regulation. Also a chartered member of CISI.
I might go delete my post, as I can't compete with that, being as all I have is a degree from the university of life and a diploma from the school of hard knocks!

People do sometimes get confused about qualifications. Unless somebody experienced in HR matters can confirm what you say is true, then I won't believe you!

Now more people have confirmed, are you satisfied (seems not)? Or do you want copies of statements...?

I think adindas is simply jealous because Nationwide haven't offered him a similar deal.

I believe adindas' first language isn't English, so some allowance should be made.

That's a poor excuse for doubting what several other posters have said. He seems to understand the phrase "no balance transfer fee" OK; he just disbelieves it.

Thanks good to know this but sometimes they are using different terminology to confuse people ....
Is there any other fee involved or it is completely free??

If not where is the rational of any bank providing this product without making loss as it is the same thing that the bank lending us money a few grands (depending on the amount of Balanced ) transfer) without earning any interest.

They used to be completely free, no fee, trust me I am not easily confused about such things.
The card providers' rationale was, I expect, that people would transfer a balance, then not pay it off when the 0% ran out, which would make them their money. I don't think they realised quite so many people would shift from card to card. Probably why they bought the BT fee in!
