I second the coffee break spanish suggestion on the basis that coffee break french is superb. There are free podcasts and you can subscribe for enhanced versions with supporting notes - I think they are excellent value.0

Coffee Break is okay as a starter course for you to get a feel for the basics, as is http://www.notesinspanish.com/. If you really want to learn some Spanish though, then you want to look at http://fsi-language-courses.org/Content.php?page=Spanish%20Basic
The FSI course was part of the training for US diplomats and is public domain as a result of been funded by the US government. Its a bit old, but for value of money it can't be beat as long as you can tough it out as some people find it a bit dry. The link above is content scanned and recorded to mp3 by volunteers and isn't actually affiliated with FSI btw.
