Ppi claim companies

Hi wondered if someone can help please recently I went with a company called owl claims as kept getting calls from them regards ppi I was convinced that I never had ppi eventually I gave into this company they sent me paperwrk I sent bak an my claim started ended up I did have ppi with one bank only
Now ive realised they charge around 28% when I could have done this myself now that I spoke to owl claims they say I wil have to pay 250 pounds to cancel is thyrr any way out for me now?

Under MOJ regulations they are required to make you aware that you have the right to make a complaint directly to the bank in question. If they didn't then I suggest you make a complaint to them alleging that they failed in their duty. That said though, it probably will be in the small print somehwere.0 -
