E ON MIS SOLD switch now in Debit

My problems with eon
I was ''involuntarily'' signed up on the Tesco clubcard deal [I only asked for further information to be sent to me] from my brilliant supplier BRITISH GAS which had me on a favorable tariff AND had a dedicated team for vulnerable and disabled customers AND THE BG Charitable fund which we could have applied for when the cancer took hold and my son had his amputations and cannot work... ALL THIS was denied me when I was illegally swapped to EON

NOW the bar steward s have taken my Clubcard points and I am in Massive Energy Debit because I was recently forced to pay a £800 up front or be cut off and AND Change the tariff. i Just sold everything from the cabinet and took out a ''loan'' bad move:mad:
EON OWE ME big time I think I will sue it needs to be gotten out there that they will rip you off after coming on all nice and caring
They owe me at least 1000 clubcard points an apology and help with my debit
bet you they wont reply OR Be honest and sort it...

    Morning phoenixlill,

I want to make sure I get this right.

Did we take over your gas and electricity supply in error? This is called an erroneous transfer (ET)

Did you contact your preferred supplier to let them know? They would then have taken your supply back as if it never left them.

Or did you agree to sign up to us, but not opt in to the Tesco rewards?

You can add your Tesco card number by opting in, online.

The Tesco points don't have anything to do with your payments, bills will still be sent in the same way and we would really put pre-payment meters in, not cut off.

I'm a bit unsure, who owes you the Tesco points, if you didn't want to opt in?

If you let me know, we can have a look at things for you.
