My Grandad has discovered that his electric meter is broken, though he's having it fixed this week he's been told that he's been charged "peak rate" for the past 3 months at least, it hasnt been going onto "off peak" at all.

Can he claim any money back off his supplier & if so any advice on how to?

They should do it automatically once they are notified.

However I would write to the company in polite terms informing them of what has happened.
