Liability / Insurance - Used mobile phone business

Hello all,
I have set up a small online business selling used mobile phones. I could simply buy them and sell them but I would also like to "refurbish them" if this doesn't cause additional issues.
I know the many scams etc out there, but my main fear is being sued if anything ever went wrong with one of the phones (especially if it is a phone I have repaired/referbished). I dont mind paying to put minor faults right for example, I'm thinking major damage/injury.

I have tried to get some product liability insurance but no one will provided it for "used mobile phones". So what do other people do to stay safe and protect themselves?!?

Anyone know who might insure me?
Is there anything I can physically do to prove a phone is safe like conducting a PAT test? (You can only do this with a phone charger).

I'd be very surprised if you cannot find ANY insurers to take it on and a decent local broker (not Swintons) will be able to find you something. On the basis you are dealing with mobile phones you can expect to have an EMF exclusion included but you wont find any insurer thatll cover for "mobile phones cause cancer" these days
