The prize as described is available on the date of publication. 8. One winning entrant will win a three-night short break for two to M!laga. The prize includes the following:
• Return economy-class flights from the winner’s nearest airport on the UK mainland serving flights to M!laga;
• Three nights’ hotel accommodation based on two people sharing a twin or double room on a room-only basis;
• Four days' car hire with Goldcar; and
• Entry for two to Bioparc Fuengirola.
9. The prize does not include travel between the winner’s home and the airport, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.
10. Car hire is based on a Vauxhall Corsa or similar 5-door car with unlimited mileage, free extra driver, Collision Damage Waiver with excess and fair fuel policy conditions. The driver(s) must be over 21 years of age and hold a current and valid full driving licence. An excess of 350€ applies, which can be either a deposit (refundable where the car is returned undamaged) or the option to pay for an excess waiver of 6€ per day. The car is delivered with a full tank of fuel which is paid for upon arrival and refunded based on any remaining quarter of a tank. If returned with a full tank, then the whole amount will be refunded.
11. The prize must be taken by December 31, 2014. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
