What do you mean by removable? They were definitely not removable in the Octavia Mk II's (2004-2013) and a quick read of reviews of the current Octavia Mk III makes no reference to being able to remove the rear seats. On the Mk II and MK III estates the seat bases fold forward to allow the rear seats to fold flat, if you fit the variable boot floor it gives you a completely flat load area (without it the boot drops down a level)

ISOFIX is the name i meant. Sure I saw an advert mentioning these. Friend who has this system (in a Citreon) says they are completely removable0

ISOFIX is a system by which child seats are fitted to the car, nothing what so ever to do with removing the seats.
