Is there a useful template for complaining to the council about a car park which has been contracted out and is therefore a separate business?
Company is not talking to me so just want to be a nuisance.

When you say template - there is really no such thing or need. Simply contact your local council and make enquiries. Are you referring to MET and your original parking problem?0

Yes. Actually, I'd be pretty sure that there are contract problems as well as the estate is part council owned, and if MET have contacted with Virgin then they have not contacted with the land owner but the lease holder.4consumerrights wrote: »When you say template - there is really no such thing or need.
