Greater Anglia deem any train that arrives within 30 mins of it's timetabled time as being 'on time'.
It sucks.
No they don't. Any Non Intercity service is officially late after 5 minutes, or InterCity 10 minutes, and all delays 3 minutes or over are logged and allocated to the root cause.
What you meant to say is that under the Delay Repay Scheme, GA will not pay compensation unless you are 30 minutes or more late.
It depends on what TOC you use, but Season Ticket holders can apply for Delay Repay the same as daily tickets, unless the TOC you use has a performance related discount system, although I think only a few of these still exist.0 -
The question cannot be answered as we do not know the origin & destination (and, if applicable, the route) printed on the ticket.0

I have a season ticket for one of the franchises operated by First Group. They allow you to claim compensation for delays in excess of 30 minutes (and additional compensation for delays in excess of 1 hour). No matter how many cumulative delays of <30 minutes that you experience, you cannot claim for those.
And, even when you do claim, you only get rail vouchers. You can use these against the purchase of your next season ticket, at least.0
