standard life share dividend payment

is anyone else having problems receiving the dividend payment. i was told at the beginning of may that the bank account details they had for me where incorrect and that the money had been returned.they promsed to send me a payment within 10 working days but i did not recieve the cheque until yesterday.The cheque came on a pre printed document that stated they had trouble paying the money into my account which appears rather strange that they knew in advance in order to get the stationary !.
