Contacted ultima about the Hairball control pet food and the fact that my cat has been bring up hairballs with the last pack we got him.

To cut a long story short I was sent two packs of hairball control so very happy with them and how I was treated.

Personally I find the best thing for hairball is regular thorough grooming to remove loose fur!

We do everyday but our cat is a Maine Coon (Long haired) so he needs all the help with hairballs he can get.

My cat is very keen on that brand but I think that the hairball control thing is just marketing. I can't believe the ingredients in the biscuits are going to make any difference.

We have noticed with our cat that when he has them there are no hairballs so it does work.

Also just to make it clear I am praising the customer service.
