i know some accountants and solicitors specialise in arbitration for companies and individuals. might be worth you checking a local one out."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0

your local court can give you a leaflet on "Mediation services" if that is any help. There is a national mediation service = £100 an hour.0
