I want to thank you all and some even more so. I have a working PC thanks to the Techie Boards residents.
I am humbled, awestruck, gobsmacked and hungry (unrelated to this) by the torrent (and not a bit :rotfl: ) of help, advice and offers of help you have flooded me with.
You people deserve to have sex every day and twice on saturdays...at least!
Patient Jeff walked me through it all. Omertron gave me/us a hint in the right direction. People offered to post me disks........amazing.
