She has a 3 page response to her soft appeal from VCS who have now issued a POPLA code. I do not want to post the letter on here for now but would be happy to email it any of the regulars to this site. I would also then like to email you her POPLA appeal if that is ok? Thanks in advance.
Honestly, you would be better to just use a generic POPLA appeal and tweak it - you'll win. We don't need to see their silly 3 page reply and it's not specific to your case anyway, no need to keep it quiet - you will now win. We've seen their attempt to justify a loss before. POPLA don't fall for it either!
Much as I'd like to, I just don't have time to help by pm re a standard (breach of contract, 'no GPEOL') POPLA appeal - best to just read the NEWBIES 'How to win at POPLA' hyperlink or search the forum for 'VCS POPLA Airport' as keywords and find a POPLA appeal already posted. There are great recent ones with stuff about the 'secret camera car' and a 'no stopping zones' quote from the Annual POPLA report. You'll find them with a search, probably don't even need to change the wording!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
