    Hi

I have been looking through 2016 threads and seems to be that DRP+ disguise themselves as Gladstones Solicitors to scare you into paying. This letter comes 4 months after DRP stopped chasing me for the outstanding parking ticket.

It tells me i should pay DRP+ and not to contact Gladstones as they won't respond. It tells me they MAY take further action and take me to court. Also it does not say it is a Letter Before Action etc however.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It's just the Gladstones/DRP "rent a letterhead" scam

    Thanks for replying.
So, would i not acknowledge this "scam" letter?

I have tried to go on your signature coupon-mad and use the help on there but i am new to this so still trying get my bearings on it all.

I appreciate the response on this though as you can imagine the way they word these letters can seem scary.

The letter i did receive headed by Gladstones Solicitors does not say any where on it it is an LBCC letter though

So you clicked on the > link at the top of the page and read page one? NOT a link in my signature, there is no link below.

If you can't manage that click, try merely starting again at the forums and clicking on the parking forum, page one will come up, not this old thread which is not the place to ask for advice. This thread is ancient and out of date.

  • So district parking got Gladstones send me the court papers and I had to get my brother to send my defence letter while I was busy at the time and he sent the court papers to gladstones 🤦🏽!♂️ I would love options if able to be given

and 2 months later get a letter from Gladstone saying jugment is been against me and I'm thinking what's happened to the court papers and it's on recorded delivery
  • Newbie:

New case, new thread needed (with more info). Read the newbie guidance notes. Don't expect to delegate this (again).

You'll get help but information on different matters cannot be dealt with in the same string, that is the path to confusion and error.
