Hi
Just wondering what I can do in this situation.
TV has developed a fault call tesco outlet to arrange pick up of tv for repair within warranty. I have arranged a day to have it picked 4 times and each time they have failed to appear.
Tesco acknowledges the courier is rubbish and have had numerous complaints but say they can't use another courier. they are asking me to arrange another day but that makes it a fifth day i have to take off work and sit around waiting for a courier who may or may not come.
The response from tesco is awful. they can't pick up on the weekend or even guarantee the courier will arrive. I'm at my wits end as talking to the customer service team is like talking to a brick wall.

Thanks. Do you think the same applies for a pick up of faulty good? I'm a bit confused how I can apply the same in the this case.0
