no address

hi
my brother and his wife split up 3year ago. he went to live with his daughter and partner (both working).he does not work or claim anything as he has a works pension. the problem he now has is that he is getting back with his ex. she is on income support and esa (contributory transitional for 1year).she will have to come of income support which they understand no problem. however has he has been living with daughter he has no bills in his name. he did change bank account to new address. but did not change his pension as he can read statement on line and it goes straight into bank.so now his ex is worried that when coming off income support dwp will want his previous address and the only thing he has is bank account . will this be enough evidence for them.
thank you
