    As someone who was declared bankrupt last week and completed this not long beforehand I would say KEEP IT SIMPLE.

    I literally wrote one sentance, something along the lines of "I was living beyond my means and was reckless in keeping up with payments, I took out further credit to pay my debts but the situation has become out of control".

    The judge even commented that it was nice not to read an essay and that putting it in simple terms was easier and quicker to process. Don't bother with timelines/dates etc - you can discuss this with the OR when appropriate, and those times/dates are in other places on the 6.28 anyway where you write your specific debts.
