Equifax Credit report

Hey guys need sum help.
i paid for and checked my report from equifax and all is ok except one entry from 2010.
bt have put on there that i had missed a few payments which are red and i believe this is the cause of my problems.
i didnt miss the payments BT kept trying to take them a week early even though the DD date was not for another week and so they have marked them as missed for 3 months in a row and in month 3 they tried to take the DD 3 times in an hour despite them being told there was no money there by myself so they had to wait until due date but they just carried on. the job i was in at the time paid weekly so i knew that the money would be there before the due date but not a week before.
is there a way i can get this removed, the account is closed and settled and i can post a screenshot if anyone is interested coz i am lost land need sum help.

You need to contact BT and get them to remove them.
I'd suggest you do it by recorded delivery letter and send it direct to their Data Controller

just got hold of BT, they said file will be updated will take upto 28 days.
phoned equifax they are investigating will take upto 28 days.
yet they can both see data and problem now but have to take 28 days to sort it, i dont get why it takes so long.0
