Beware of buying from Novatech

Before you buy anything from Novatech, rather phone them first to check whether they have all the items in stock. Their website isn't very transparent in this regard. I have ordered an PC and eight days after the order was place and my credit card charged, they still missed some components according to their online tracking service.

Don't buy from them if your purchase is urgent.

I ordered some items from them a couple of weeks ago and when the e-mail confimation came in & some of the items were actually out of stock and the delivery date was 2 weeks away a quick polite e-mail to them got the order cancelled & any monies returned without question. Still as you say if urgent delivery is requested from them, check stock.
If the items are in stock I have always had a very quick delivery from them.

A lot of sites are like this and you can't even believe them when they say they have stock. I ordered a sound card from dabs a while back. According to their site they had plenty of stock, as soon as I ordered I got an e-mail saying they were out of stock - I cancelled the order..
I did buy some memory from Novatech several months ago, no probs, delivered next day.
