Mortgage - Credit file?

Hi,
I just checked my experian and noddle credit reports and saw late payments (shown as a 1 and a 2) for June, November, and December last year. These were for unarranged overdraft charges I wasn't aware of, and subsequently got the bank to refund.
Other than that my files seem clear. What chances do I have of obtaining a mortgage in the next year or so? Income of 60k (with partner's combined), ltv 80% with a 15% deposit.

Not sure if anyone ise reading this, but if it helps others to know, then I'll tell you that a phone call did wonders!! I rang my bank today and explained the whole sorry situation. The chap on the phone was great and said he could see it was all down to their charges so he would sort it today and liase with experian to get the markers off my report
So don't give up hope or stay up worrying all night like I did!!0
