Identical houses - one on main road and one on street

Even if you're insulated from traffic noise inside the house, what's it going to be like in your garden? I like lounging in the garden with a beer and listening to the birdies....traffic noise is a real pita and for 2 measly grand I'd have bought the peace and quiet.Mornië utulië0

My house is noisy, i practically back on to the A1, but i'd rather that, than a cul de sac full of kids playing football etc - i would find that too stressful. Ive lived in my house since 1999 and you get used to the noise.0

Well, not all cul-de-sacs are full of kids playing football. All main roads are full of traffic though. I suppose it just depends if you can put up with it.Mornië utulië0
