Vanquis Credit card is doing good

Options
Well, Just a update for you guys.

My vanquis Credit Card is doing good. 1st statement I paid the full amount of £46.70 last month and this month statement I will need to pay the full amount of £90.82 as like I stated, I set the full amount every month.

Reason why I spent quite so much is I bought lots of Grey Suit/trousers on ebay for Job Interviews ;):D

I have £9.18 to spend on my Credit Card now and I don't think I will be touching that now as I am worried I am going to go over my limit, my 2nd statement is produced 16th of this month and I will pay the full amount on 19th when I get paid.

Oh before anyone states, how can I afford to pay that full amount when I am only on Job seekers, well I just like to state: once I paid it onto my credit card then it will take 3 days to reach the card and then I can spend it again because it does state on the vanquis website that in order to get a credit limit increase you need to pay and spend every month and without going over your limit. :)

Also I can do some shopping with credit card at Tesco :D

So in all, I am managing my card very well ;)

  • PLEASE buy Frontline (or similar) flea treatment for your cat!!!!! It's quick, easy and your cat will thank you. It's really distressing me to think of that poor wee thing suffering :(

If you have to pay the card off but then use it again because you have no money left, you are missing the point of having a credit card. It is a habit you must get out of, or you will end up going down the slippery slope to getting in a big mess.

You need to curb your spending urgently and start to underspend each month on the card.

It was only for this 2nd statement, 3rd statement will be low as I won't be spending much now that I have loads of grey suit trousers :)

Because I need loads of grey suit trousers, I like suits ;)

Besides, I am not just having a 3 pair of grey trousers as I am not a scrubber. :)

By your standards, I must be a 'scrubber' then because I only have 3 pairs of work pants?

Excuse me, I think grey suit trousers are more important then flea treatment don't you think? I am getting grey trousers just in case I get a interview because you never know when one will come up.

    ....Are you for real?
  • You don't need loads of pants for work you don't even have a job and its not like your going to that many interviews that it requires so many pairs

    I'm back!!!!!

Glad the Vanquis is keeping well
  • Poor cat. Flea treatment is more important than ANOTHER pair of pants.

We have three indoor cats but treat them three times a year, at £3.99 a go, inexpensive.

Gay_Guy, you need to prioritize the cat over your trouser obsession.
