Hi Guys,
Im looking to claim back some account fee's from HSBC, just wanted to know if anyone had managed to get money or compensation back from HSBC already?
Also... Is this the correct address to write to?

You'll need to currently fulfil the bank's criteria of financial "hardship" to have even a hope of getting a refund of (some) charges. If your recent statements show payments for subscription television, gym membership or restaurants etc you may as well give up now.Im looking to claim back some account fee's from HSBC, just wanted to know if anyone had managed to get money or compensation back from HSBC already?
Also, be aware that the Bank will typically only consider refunds of charges applied in the last six months. There is therefore no point trying to claim historical charges.
Address you posted is as good as any, you could also write to your local branch.0
