report experian who to ???

Can any 1 help me ,I have a dispute with Experian refusing to change a default date on my credit report even thou they have been sent info from the company ,keep fobbing me off with they cant change as technical problem ,Over month so far ,sent me a free report by post today saying its updated the date ,But no not changed at all and neil if u read this sorry its just not good enough


Just had it with them now ,

    Presumably you've raised a formal complaint, as per this procedure?...

    Sounds like you may only have a short wait before you can refer to the FOS...3 weeks or so, being as it's been going on for "over a month" now?

    Many thanks for your reply .Well jumping the gun a little on the date it was 21/01/14 Experian was informed ,I have been in contact with neil of here ,He said all changed his end I just could not see my end and explained he would send me a report out on paper to show ,Received today and report had default still dated wrong ,Now saying he sent wrong report the report is dated 1 month ago

    How embarrassing (for Neil)!


    Will you now be making a formal complaint, or still persevere with things outside of recognised procedures?...because the FOS clock doesn't start ticking until (up to) 8 weeks after you formalise things.
