ESA help?

Hi,

Can anyone help. My dad is going to be claiming esa. We are filling his forms out at the moment. He is single but still lives with his ex partner. They lead seperate lives, different bank accounts, different rooms etc. Do we mention her on the forms?

We dont want to do anything that could get him in trouble.

Any help would be great!
