Is it possible to claim mis-sell on a PPi even if some one has claimed against it ?

Yes, but any redress (should it be awarded) would have the amount claimed earlier deducted from it. Only if the redress exceeded the amount previously claimed would any money go to the complainant. Is it possible to claim mis-sell on a PPi even if some one has claimed against it ?
Note also that it's hard, for example, to complain that you never needed the insurance if you have claimed on it.0 -
It depends on whether you can sleep at night to be honest - claiming against something that has done exactly what is says on the tin is highly dubious. You can not say you could not claim, you can not say you did not need it and if you say it was compulsory it seems it was a good job it was. What would have happened if you could not have met the repayments without the cover ??Is it possible to claim mis-sell on a PPi even if some one has claimed against it ?0
