Just had excellent service on a problem with my tv. Found out that my dvtv was not working, black screen and could not retune. I have sky so don't use freeview unless my connection goes and it did in this bad weather. so phoned tosiba and they knew some of their tv's had not got the update right since switch off of analog service. So they would send out a card to update my firmware for free and to follow instructions. Recieved it in 2 days and in five min's i have my freeview back. Thought i would have to pay for someone to repair my tv. I have to send the card back in a prepayed envelope. My tv is over 6yr's and a regza. Telephone 01932841600 if you find you have this problem. Were great when laptop went wrong too.
