Apologies in advance if I've posted wrongly but getting desperate. Arrived home this morning after work to find a notice of seizure through my door with a walk in possession form,requesting I sign and return it. I have moved 5 times in 4yrs and this is the first notice I have had,its for council rent arrears and plus charges etc is just over 7k. I work 20hrs per week and start at 4am therefore I need my car. It states they do not need the sign walk on possession form to seize my goods? Can they force entry? I really can't afford to pay them and to be honest not sure why its so much. Is there anything I can do to stop them if I can't pay? Please help x

Hi, can't really give you any specific advice on this situation, but I suggest you contact your local CAB office and get some professional advice to help you find the best solution to this problem.
