How to claim ppi from Vw finance with no paperwork

Hi, hope someone can help.
About 8 years ago I purchased a car from Vw and used their finance, the car was £7000 and I ended up paying £12000 (ish)
I have no paperwork, I remember the registration of the car...That's about it! How do I go about claiming ppi if there was any?
Thanks

Complain to the Car dealer who sold you the PPI, if you have valid reasons for doing so.
They may (or may not) still have records.0 -
Don't hold your breath though, they aren't obliged to keep records for 8 years.
If they have none, and you have none, its game over.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Hi,
I'm looking for the same thing, how do you find out if PPI was on the finance?0
