Complain to the bpa and dvla

Dear BPA,
I write as the registered keeper to complain about one of your members, LPS. I have received the attached letter from quest debt recovery, but have never received a notice to keeper. This is against your code of practice. Please ensure that the appropriate sanctions are taken against LPS and that the charge is either cancelled or appeal instructions are provided.

Dear Sir,
I wish to complain regarding the actions of one of your KADOE members, LPS. I am the registered keeper and the first communication I received was the attached. The letter is too late for keeper liability to apply and so this letter is a breach of your KADOE contract. Please take the appropriate sanctions. Please confirm the dates the keeper details were requested from yourself and inform me if this is also a breach of the BPA Ltd code of conduct.
And to Quest, post a letter with proof of posting.
Dear Quest,
The debt is denied. Refer the matter back to your principal. I am the registered keeper and have never received any notice to keeper. Therefor POFA 2012 doe not apply and the principal can only pursue he driver. Any further communications from you will result in a complaint to the CSA. I not Roxburghe were recentlysuspended or sending similar letters.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
