Tax relief for Working From Home

Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this but here goes.
I believe that I can claim tax relief for working from home for the additional eclectricity and heating costs.
I have a P87 form but I don't know how I should go about claiming. I am guessing I would need to fill in section 4 "Other Expenses" but I don't know what I should be entering in to there.
I know that I can claim £18 per month from the date I started working from home from. I just don't know what I need to fill in where, to get the tax relief.
If there is someone out there who has filled in one of these could you please help me get this filled in.
Kind regards.
Graeme.

Hopefully you've since found the answer? There's a bit of advice online.
P87 also includes tax relief on membership of a professional body etc. Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0
