Hi
I have several loans from 1998 - 2008 with London Scottish Finance who are now in administration. Can I claim the PPI from them?
I am led to believe the FSCS only process compensation requests from 2005 onwards. How do I claim for the ones prior to this date?

You can't.Regulation didnt start until 2005. If the company no longer exists, there is nobody to take responsibility for them.Deleted_User wrote: »
