New income support claim

How long do income support claims normally take? Had my forms 15/2/13 and sent them back 18/2/13. They reckon they still havent received them. I hate the benefits system already!!!!!0

I am presuming you sent them back in the envelope provided, this would have been second class this can usually take three working days to reach a normal destination, but the post of the BDC has to go to a mailing center, then to the BDC and new claims section, so that is another day.
And we have the weekend, so I would say they may not have had it, but it could be there Thursday,0 -
I sent it next day special delivery! Wish i hadnt wasted my money now lol! Assumed it would be as quick as my maternity allowance claim. Thanks mikey bach.0
