    Yes it does, by anyones standards 2/3 is two thirds without having to follow it with rds. Two to three would be written 2-3.
    Do you write 1/4 as one 1/4th?

    It is fairly obvious, you would think.

    Anyway, what are these women doing that is destroying the toilets at such an alarming rate? Not enough fibre in their diets?
