When you see some of these programmes on Tv where they're decorating houses i've seen them do big bathrooms with Jack-and-Jill twin wash basins but that's the first time i've ever seen side-by-side loos.
So you weren't following the Sochi building story. They also had a room with a number of toilets round a room (no dividing cubicles).0 -

Yes it does, by anyones standards 2/3 is two thirds without having to follow it with rds. Two to three would be written 2-3.
