No they appear to be two toilets down.

So 2/3rd's of the female staff have access to 50% of the toilets.

The last place I worked there was no toilet at all (or anything else). My boss broke EVERY health and safety rule in the book. I could probably drop him in so much sh#t he'd either have to spend a small fortune or call it a day - but I want a job again this summer so that won't be happening

When you see some of these programmes on Tv where they're decorating houses i've seen them do big bathrooms with Jack-and-Jill twin wash basins but that's the first time i've ever seen side-by-side loos.
