Xoserve & MPRN

Trying to move my dual fuel account.
It appears that the Gas MPRN does not match my address held by Xoserve.
After 30 years supplying me with gas & moving suppliers several times somebody somewhere has messed up the address details during I suspect some sort of 'upgrade' !!
Does anybody have any idea how long it takes to get your address details changed by Xoserve ??
You can't do it yourself you have to go through your present supplier.

Its dependant on your supplier sending the details to xoserve for query or cosmetic update, can be days can be weeks/ months
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
  • An XOServe address update, if only a slight amendment, only takes a working day or two. You have to speak to right people at your supplier though, otherwise that's what drags it out.

  • Thanks for the replies.......
Why the hell somebody somewhere altered the address I don't know.
Have emailed Xoserve to see if they will speed up the amendment.
